Refund Policy

Once the order is placed, it is not possible to edit or cancel it due to all orders being personalized. If there are any mistakes contact us at contact@spiritail.com

 

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

  • If there's an error on our part (wrong product color, broken product, misengraved details, incorrect names, or any discrepancy with your order), we will send you a new product at no extra cost. We don't offer refunds but are commited to resolve any issues.
  • No returns, due to our products being personalized.
  • Customer errors: If the issue is not from our end (e.g. wrong engraving info, incorrect shipping address), SpiriTail is not responsible for sending a new order at our cost.
  • Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.
  • "FastTrack Preview" extra isn't refundable.
  • Products already produced aren't refundable.
  • If you'd like us to use a different photo from the one you provided initially, you'll be charged 10$.
  • Orders can only be canceled or edited until 30 minutes after being placed.

 

Further Details

  • We have no responsibility, apart from advising you of any delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery days are only an estimation.
  • Please contact us if you haven't receive any email from us after 7 days and check your spam folder.
